The location was perfect—right off the square, a few feet from the bus stop. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. The hotel's City Centre location is perfect for exploring the area, with the Market Square just a short walk away. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
The hotel lacks a lift/elevator, which can be inconvenient for those with mobility issues.

Great central location and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The room was also spacious and very clean with good breakfast options to choose from.
There was a lot of loud music coming from the restaurant which disturbed our sleep. the lack of a lift could be challenging for people with mobility issues.

The hotel lacked proper heating in the winter months, making it uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. This was particularly noticeable in the bathrooms which had no heating at all. Additionally, the breakfast bread was not fresh, with one slice of bread even being mouldy. It was disappointing to see that staff did not handle this issue properly by taking away the entire batch and providing fresh bread. These factors significantly impacted our stay and overall experience at the hotel.
